Booking Guidelines & Policies – Panchavati Kishkinta
1️⃣ Reservations & Guest Limit
📌 Advance Booking Required – All reservations must be made in advance via panchavatikishkinta@gmail.com.
📌 Dressing Room Access – Available 1 hour before the shoot.
📌 Guest Limit – A maximum of 8 guests (including the photographer and assistants) are allowed, with only 5 individuals permitted at the shooting spot at a time.
2️⃣ Conduct, Food & Pets
🚫 Maintain Decorum – Loud behavior is strictly prohibited.
🍱 Food Policy – Outside food can be delivered to the security gate only.
🐾 Children & Pets – Not allowed without prior approval.
3️⃣ Cancellations & Payment
💰 Refund Policy –
✅ 80% refund for cancellations made 48+ hours before the shoot.
❌ No refund for cancellations within 48 hours of the booking.
💳 Payment Terms –
✔️ Full payment must be made in advance.
✔️ A ₹2,000 refundable deposit is required, which will be returned if no damages occur.
