Venue Booking Guidelines & Policies – Panchavati Kishkinta
Reservations & Guest Limit
Advance Booking Required – All reservations must be made in advance via panchavatikishkinta@gmail.com. Dressing Room Access – Available 1 hour before the shoot. Guest Limit – A maximum of 8 guests (including the photographer and assistants) are allowed, with only 5 individuals permitted at the shooting spot at a time.
Conduct, Food & Pets
Maintain Decorum – Loud behavior is strictly prohibited.
Food Policy – Outside food can be delivered to the security gate only.
Children & Pets – Not allowed without prior approval.
Cancellations & Payment
Refund Policy –
80% refund for cancellations made 48+ hours before the shoot.
No refund for cancellations within 48 hours of the booking.
Payment Terms –
Full payment must be made in advance. A ₹2,000 refundable deposit is required, which will be returned if no damages occur.
